The Chilean National Womens Team
In 2011, The Womens National team took part in the second edition of the South American Women´s Championships against Perú, Brazil and Argentina held in Brasilia in Brasil between the 05th and the 07th of August 2011. Chile finished in third place behind the more experienced Argentine and Brasilian squads, but ahead of Perú. When Chile beat Perú on day 2, it was the first time a Chilean women´s team had won a game in a competitive tournament. The squad is the following:

The Womens team that took part in the first South American Women´s Championships against Brazil and Argentina held in Santiago between the 23rd and 26th of September 2010 is the following. It was the first time a women´s team has taken part in such a tournament.
