Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Matthew Callaghan
"I was born in Hong Kong and raised in New Zealand. I have been involved in cricket since I was old enough to pick up a bat and batted for my dad´s waikato university social cricket side in Hamilton, NZ. I went on to play representative underage cricket for Hamilton district in New Zealand and for York district during a brief stint in England in 1998.
My family moved to Ireland in 2002 and immediately became immersed in Limerick Cricket Club. The family became the custodians of the Limerick club’s kit and Jeremy’s (my father) shed was literally the club’s base. I also represented the Munster Reds provincial team. During my degree in English and Spanish in UCD, Dublin, I captained the University’s cricket club and went on to represent the Irish Universities during second year. I now play for La Dehesa cricket club in Santiago de Chile."
